Letting your problems out into the world helps a lot, especially if people read and comment on it. A friend may read it and give you a call to meet at the local Starbucks for a nice talk.

6- Think

Yes, think, but stop there! Don’t think about your problems. Instead, think about the first date you had with your wife, or maybe that beautiful time at the carnival with your family. If you’re single, think about the times with your friends, the fun times where you dared each other to do silly things. Close your eyes and visualize these events. Next, you may want to re-execute them. Maybe bring your wife out on a date that you haven’t done for so long, or ask all the friends that you used to enjoy yourself with out on a reunion.
