They do not advertise that they have any individual author coaching service. They promise that all articles are spell-checked. That's about it as far as going over an author's work.
They do not even indicate whether they get in touch with a writer to provide them with article writing and formatting suggestions. It seems they concentrate on the distribution end and are not heavily into the education of authors who submit to them.
